Special thank you to Fairmount Park Race Track and our own Hunter Fridley for coordinating a day at this venue that has been providing a customer experience for almost 100 years! There is history and legacy here, and also so much to learn beyond showing up to watch race horses! We spent time with Marketing expert Alex in talking about the day-to-day to bring the best to each guest that shows up. He stressed the importance of really understanding and being one with your local market. When leadership is on board with being in touch with their customers, getting their feedback and being creative, it is a winning situation.
